Online Donations

Thank you for your interest in the ALS Center at UCSF. Please click on the links below to make a donation through our secure online server using your American Express, MasterCard, or Visa.

You may make a gift in memory of a special family member or friend, or to honor someone on a special occasion. An automatic confirmation of your gift will be sent to the email address you provide and a receipt for your tax records will follow in the mail.

Click on the "Make a Gift" icon to create a secure connection to the UCSF Foundation in a separate window (you may need to hold down the Ctrl button on your keyboard, as you click "Make a Gift," for the new window to open).  On the first page of the UCSF Foundation site choose "gift" or "pledge," then click "Continue."  The next page will ask you whether you are responding to a mailing, and you can skip that step and proceed to "Gift Designation" just below.  If you select UCSF Institutes and Centers, you will be given a list of options with ALS Center near the top. If you wish to designate your gift for the ALS Rick Olney Endowment, please indicate this in the "Additional Comments" text field below.  Then proceed with personal and payment information to complete your donation.

Donations by Mail

Thank you for your interest in the ALS Center at UCSF. Please make your check payable to the UCSF Foundation, and include " ALS Center" in the memo of your check. You may make a gift in memory of a special family member or friend, or to honor someone on a special occasion. Please also include the name of the individual on your check, or include a separate note.
